Blog 6: English Language Challenges.

Hi my people!! I hope everyone is well. We made it, our, last blog.  During the course the laughter was not lack XD The truth is, i learned a little more English but this was my fault (my disposition was not the best) Teacher Benjamin has a grat disposition to teach this language and he stillhad his moments of funny jokes hahaha  I like that in this class the objective was not only to teach English but also that through this the students had historical, socio political knowledge about our beloved Latin America. I will miss writing a blog and reading to my classmate. The blogs it is a space of liberation, you can write about your felling about your fellings about the proposed topic and meet your classmate.  I must improve in my pronunciation because is this is horrible, nobody understand what i mean and i am like children at that satage of language where everything is expressed througha keyword. I hardly ever practice English outside of class, my most direct contact ...

Blog 5: Changes to my study program

Hello everyone. After a long time, I am here writing a new blog in which I will tell you about changes in my study program. As I was telling you, I am a student of Pedagogy in Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Social Sciences. I think my career has many shortcomings in its study program. I feel that they teach us what to do? but not the How to do it? Which often affects in practice. We know that there is no single vision of seeing things, but many times, among teachers, they show us an absolute truth that contradicts the other view of their colleague. As a student this is chaos because you don't know what is best. Something that I have not noticed is that our career needs to add a branch linked to self-care, it is important to have an instance where our physical and comprehensive health as a student is protected, this because in practice situations occur that affect our emotional stability. I would also like the creation of a branch that is linked to public policies rela...

Post- Graduate

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about I plan to study postgraduate studies. I wish to specialize in intercultural education and comprehensive Sexual Education in childhood. These are important components in education. On the one hand, interculturality allows us all to get to know each other, value and live with different cultural universes, enriching our experiences as people and as a society, and comprehensive sexual education provides tools so that adolescents can: Express their emotions and feelings. , decide freely and responsibly when to start sexual relations and with whom, avoid unwanted pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections, know the rights of pregnant adolescents to continue studying, respect sexual diversity and reject all forms of discrimination, build a critical analysis of daily messages about sexuality, knowing who to turn to in case of sexual violence, among others. Although they are important components in education, public policies that consecrate the imple...

My dream job

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about my dream job. I am currently studying early childhood education at the Juan Gómez Millas Campus of the University of Chile. I only have two years left to work as an educator. Being an educator is my dream job. My future work, many times, is not valued in society. People believe that child education is an easy job and just requires patience. This is totally false. The educators study for 5 years aspects related to the psychology and development of the human being, the history of education and its different theories, philosophy and sociology, as well as different pedagogical knowledge. My work is one of the most important, we are part of the initial development of language and communication, psychomotricity and the initial knowledge of people. For this and much more I love pedagogy and as Uncle Ben says to Spiderman "with power comes great responsibility" and educators train people who will change the world. I imagine that my future work ...

Blog 2: The Best Vacation Of My Life

Hello everyone! Today I will talk about the best vacation of my life! The best vacation of my life was in winter. These were based on reading romance books, crying over the plot of books and movies hahaha You already realized that I am very addicted to romance and it is my biggest consumption. I also ate too much, every time it rained, my grandmother would make sopaipillas or calzones rotos hahaha and I live in the Ñuble Region so you can imagine how many times I committed the sin of gluttony. All of the above added to the family pamper. During those vacations, I traveled to the Cabrero commune in the Bio Bio Region and stayed at the house of one of my best friends. Her name is Camila, she works during the afternoons and at night we would visit a pub and talk about life.  We plan to rent a cabin near Salto del Laja, it took us a while to find a place at a price according to our pocket but we found it. The next day, we order our bag, and we make purchases. On this trip we were...
